Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Security Deposit Authorization Timeline

Security deposit authorizations are placed three (3) days prior to arrival and held for seven (7) complete days for most card types or five (5) complete days for Visa cards. Authorizations automatically release two (2) days after checkout, provided the entire stay falls within the original hold period. For extended stays or reservations exceeding the initial authorization period, the original hold will be released and a new authorization for the same amount will be immediately placed, resetting the timeline accordingly.

It’s was a great place to stay if you’re wanting to go to Midtown or anything the city center has to offer. I would stay here again, the only issue was the elevator was extremely loud and could be heard in the room at all times when it was being used. Other than that no complaints, it was a good experience in a good location.

Positive: I love the location and the property and how secure it was Negative: The walls are so thin and you can hear everything from People walking above you to people talking outside and the patio doors were closed. The hot water did not stay hot long in the shower and I was only able to take like bird showers before I had to hurry up and jump out.

Positive: Independent studio includes washer dryer Negative: Quite noisy construction( badly /cheaply constructed . No isolation against noise from neighboring appartments. I even smelled marihuana in the app. Be it only once. My wife heard knocking on the door ( no pizza s delivered😏)

Positive: We liked the proximity to the airport. We thought there would be more around us but unfortunately everything was more than a 15 min walk. Negative: The confusion at check-in, about which room was ours since they initially shared us the wrong room and wrong code. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything above and beside you.

You’ll receive unique access codes for both the building and the apartment at 2 PM on your arrival day.

★ EXTRA GUESTS ★

The room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. If you have more guests coming over; feel free to contact us to arrange another room!

★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! Pets are allowed for $25 per pet, per night—so you and your best friend can enjoy your stay together.

★Visitor Policy★

Visitors are welcome, but the total number of people in the apartment must not exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy. Overnight stays are only permitted for registered guests.

Notes

★ SECURITY DEPOSIT ★
At the Host's discretion, a security deposit may be required on the Check-In Date. Where applicable, such a deposit is for security purposes and shall be refunded within 7 days of the Check-out Date, provided no deductions are made due to:

✔ Damage to the Rental Unit or contents thereof
✔ Debris or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
✔ Any other cost incurred as a result of the Guest's Stay
