Security Deposit Authorization Timeline
Security deposit authorizations are placed three (3) days prior to arrival and held for seven (7) complete days for most card types or five (5) complete days for Visa cards. Authorizations automatically release two (2) days after checkout, provided the entire stay falls within the original hold period. For extended stays or reservations exceeding the initial authorization period, the original hold will be released and a new authorization for the same amount will be immediately placed, resetting the timeline accordingly.

Cute and equipped apartment. Spacious, very comfortable bed, better than standard tub. Looooooved Noodoh, the restaurant downstairs! I think I ate there 4 times. And Poor Calvin's was magnificent (pricey but worth it)! Ate there twice 🙂
Negative:
The room smelled faintly of garbage 7 of the 8 days of my stay. The thermostat / AC didn't work, even after 3 efforts by the staff to fix it, adjust it, keep the fan only from running constantly. The last two days, I had to use ceiling fans and open the patio door and bedroom window. Thankfully it was cool but not cold. That helped with the garbage smell but there were multiple residents smoking cannabis on their patios so... smh. The host staff is slow to reply to texts; the onsite staff is no help and refers back to the booking service (even though it's their building). The fitness room and parking garage have different codes from the general access, with no information on the check-in information about it. The parking lot was hard to find until they sent a video more than an hour after the information was requested/ needed.

Dorsen Stay was wonderful
Dorsen Stay was wonderful! We stayed for one night and loved the clean open space. Parking/building was a little difficult to locate but our host was easy to contact and very responsive. The walls are a little thin so we heard some of our neighbors late at night but we didn't mind since we were only staying one night. Otherwise, great location and apartment.

The couch bed was unusable and needs to be replaced. Furniture needs to be upgraded.

Didn't leave the tv remote in the apt. We looked everywhere and had to reach out to someone and didn't finally get it until later the next day after multiple attempts.

Great place to stay, pretty close to everything that we planned on going to. The home is also located in the heart of Atlanta, the only issue was the was the shower the water only stayed hot for about 10 minutes and ran cold after that.
This place was perfect for a quick sleep and easy access to downtown amenities
This place was perfect for a quick sleep and easy access to downtown amenities. The down side would be gate into the garage was extra touchy and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch which was slightly better. Photos accurately describe the place but if you are used of comfortable bed be aware.
