Security Deposit Authorization Timeline
Security deposit authorizations are placed three (3) days prior to arrival and held for seven (7) complete days for most card types or five (5) complete days for Visa cards. Authorizations automatically release two (2) days after checkout, provided the entire stay falls within the original hold period. For extended stays or reservations exceeding the initial authorization period, the original hold will be released and a new authorization for the same amount will be immediately placed, resetting the timeline accordingly.

Would have loved it in my youth most likely and the host was very kind and communicative. But in terms of how I travel now probably wasn’t the best match. That said, it’s very central and was overall comfortable.

The location was great, but there were a few issues during my stay. There were stains on the walls and dining table, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided for a week long stay. The biggest issue was the night before checkout when my entry code was changed without notice, leaving me locked out at 3 AM. After getting into the property, I was also locked out of my room and had to wait about 15 minutes for a new code. The host responded, but it was a major inconvenience after paying for a full week.
Overall, great location but the cleanliness and access issues need improvement.

My stay at Dorsen Property was phenomenal from start to finish. The home was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I especially loved the bathroom and the amazing view was everything exceeded my expectations. The overall experience was excellent, and the host made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely book with Dorsen Property again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Atlanta area. Definitely a 5-star experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great place to stay. Very clean and the host was also very responsive and friendly. The location is within walking distance to the State Farm Arena and the businesses surrounding that arena. The location is also pet friendly and we will definitely stay there again when we are back in Atlanta.

Selbstversorger, Supermarkt um die Ecke, auch ein paar Restaurants in der Umgebung. Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum in 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ruhige Lage, 10 Minuten bis S-Bahn.
Poor Calvin - Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert, wenn auch etwas teurer, super lecker, man erwartet dieses tolle Restaurant nicht, wenn man es von außen betrachtet.

Nur online check-in, der nicht funktionierte, wir haben 3 Stunden gebraucht, um in unser Zimmer zu kommen, externe Hilfe, auch über Telefonnummern war nicht möglich, keinerlei Kontakt oder Rückruf. Nur mit Hilfe amerikanischer Freunde und amerikanischer Handynummer bekamen wir den Zugangscode.

Apartment was styled nicely. Hotel was quiet and on a quiet street within walking distance of starbucks and publix. Not a lot of pros besides that.

I had to verify my stay on the plane to Atlanta because I never received the link after requesting it. Then I never heard a word back when I reached out regarding the hot water. I lost hot water twice during my stay, once at 2pm on the Sunday and another time at 6am on the Tuesday. I never heard back from anyone regarding it. The bedroom had rose petals behind the door on the floor and a dirty wash cloth in the shower on the curtain rod. The sofa is worn out and uncomfortable to sit on and the bed is like sleeping on a rock with a pillow thats been used so much you go right through the fluff. The unit lacked a few things like a baking sheet and a dust pan for the broom. The dryer didn't work so I had to hang my clothes up around the unit. Overall, I'd stay at a different location for next year's conference. It has the potential to be a great stay but unfortunately didn't hit the bar this time.

My stay with Xin was absolutely excellent. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, clean, and exactly as described. The space was well-maintained, comfortable, and made it easy to relax after long days.
As an active duty military member, I truly appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and respect Xin showed throughout my stay. Communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were addressed immediately. It made the entire experience stress-free, which means a lot when you’re away from home for work.

The property was in a good location. Right in downtown Atl. It is well maintained. The staff was polite and attentive.

The only situation I had was that I couldn’t get into my room. The person I talked to on the phone quickly called me back with the correct code. I understand that people make mistakes. He was very apologetic.

Great stay. Clean, spacious, and smelled really nice. The only issue was the keypad; the code didn’t always work and I got locked out a couple times. Otherwise, everything was good and I’d stay again.

Great location with private free parking! Close to a lot of activities. Was able to use scooters via the rental apps to get everywhere in Midtown which was the plan. The unit is small but well laid out n conformable. The building has really good amenities. Also, the host was very responsive. Had a great weekend with a great home-base.

I came upon Xin’s place after my other option fell through
I came upon Xin's place after my other option fell through. Our plan was to stay in a nice place for a wedding that we were attending. We have never been to Atlanta before so we were also excited about exploring new territory. As we neared Xin's place, it was very apparent that this was a rather unsafe area. Homeless. Police activity all night long. The smell of marijuana- everywhere- even on our own balcony. When I say "we" I am speaking of myself and my 11-year old son. As we drove through the area, he kept saying, "Mama, I am scared."
Once we arrived to the address, it was noted that it was a high rise building. Parking was not obvious. I called, but the after hours staff were just as clueless as I was. She kept telling me to park behind the building, didn't know anything about needing a code to enter or about entering through a large garage door. You enter the parking garage through the front, left of the building and use the code that Xin will give you.
