Security Deposit Authorization Timeline
Security deposit authorizations are placed three (3) days prior to arrival and held for seven (7) complete days for most card types or five (5) complete days for Visa cards. Authorizations automatically release two (2) days after checkout, provided the entire stay falls within the original hold period. For extended stays or reservations exceeding the initial authorization period, the original hold will be released and a new authorization for the same amount will be immediately placed, resetting the timeline accordingly.

Honestly these was my first time doing Airbnb, clear instructions and reliable customer service. If you’re trying to be closer to Bobby Dodd stadium, these place is a 20 minute walk away and honestly it didn’t feel like it lol! The pictures it shows is honestly the same thing. 100% coming back if I have any events to do nearby!

It's a spacious apartment, easily accessible and close to bus and metro stops, making it easy to get around the city, and very cozy.
Negative:
The common areas smelled of marijuana, the kitchen had no pots and pans to cook food and the knives were dull, it was very difficult to prepare meals, in the bathtub area and when I went to bed I found some hairs that may be due to a lack of hygiene or inspection.

Great size, you can tell it was nice when new. The space is clearly worn not and not regularly deep cleaned especially in halls and common areas. Not at all worth the exorbitant price, but if it were considerably cheaper, I would not be as dissatisfied with the property

I must say this property is one of the best you can think of. The environment was extremely clean and the entire building from the lobby to the corridors smells extremely nice.

There wasn’t any deficiencies with this particular apartment. Everything is well crafted and put together for your comfort.

When we arrived, we realized there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa. We contacted staff, who primarily communicated by text message, which was fine, to let them know the extra bedding was missing and should have been provided. We were told to go to another floor and look for it outside the elevators. I checked a couple of floors but couldn’t find anything, so I went down to the lobby and found a security guard who tried to help me locate extra bedding. At the time, we were unsuccessful. However, he said he would continue looking and leave it outside our door if he found some. He did exactly that, and we’re grateful for his help.
Regarding the elevators, I understand that one was out of service. However, the single working elevator was extremely slow and almost not worth using. This is something that should be addressed to make it more efficient and convenient for guests.
