Security Deposit Authorization Timeline
Security deposit authorizations are placed three (3) days prior to arrival and held for seven (7) complete days for most card types or five (5) complete days for Visa cards. Authorizations automatically release two (2) days after checkout, provided the entire stay falls within the original hold period. For extended stays or reservations exceeding the initial authorization period, the original hold will be released and a new authorization for the same amount will be immediately placed, resetting the timeline accordingly.

La atención al cliente es pésima, estuve dos horas y 30 minutos conectado por teléfono, con la persona que me iba a ayudar con el problema que tuve con la clave para la puerta de la habitación. Nunca me ayudo, y me dejo botado a las 11:30 pm.

The code to the front door and my room did not work. I asked once the code didn’t work if this was going to be a problem and I was told no that the code should work fine. It did not. I also did not like that when you called the front desk they didn’t not answer the phone in a timely manner or when they didn’t answer it took awhile for them to call back with an update. It took a long time for me to get back into my room after the code did not work. It was my birthday evening and I had to stay outside of my rooms door for over an hour calling to try to get someone to let me in my room. I was very disappointed because of that.

Perfect for urban independent travelers. If you need hotel concierge or front desk after dark:I would try something else.

Stay was satisfactory. Aside from stained bedding, only two towels, and not having much at all in the kitchen to use, stay was good.

There was some sticky juice/ substance on the floor near the kitchen and under the bed and a few other tenants were loud at a period in time under the bed. Security was very kind and it was a Cozy environment, close to lots of things and good deals on food and drinks. The host was responsive and thorough and clear. Definitely a great deal and I’ll definitely stay the next time i’m in ATL

Once the unit entry was resolved was pleased with the stay.

Was pleased with the unit and location being close to Emory University Hospital as we had family having surgery there. The security to enter the garage and the building were good.

The first unit we booked, the code did not work. Reached out to the host tried several different codes. Finally they unlocked remotely. Still no codes worked. Someone smoking in the room next to us and not cigarettes. The host finally moved us to another unit, We were then able to use the code given the rest of our stay.

The location is excellent—central and convenient, only about 10 minutes from Marte train station, making it easy to get around.

The only downsides were that the place is a bit expensive compared to similar options, and the check-in process was quite challenging. It involved many steps and forms, and it took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating after traveling.

I didn’t like that there was not a person sitting at the desk accessible for any needs. I tried using the washer and dryer and it was not working. But there was no front desk person to call to come and check it out. I also was unsure on how to get extra towels but the request was fulfilled quickly. However these things could be solved smoothly with someone sitting in the lobby on staff.

This place is very convenient to central Atlanta. Great for a short stay. I only had 2 issues, one being it needed to be swept up. The floor was very dusty and appeared as if it hadnt been swept for the new guest coming in. Also, there was a terrible odor coming from the sink area. Not sure what it was or if the disposal wasn’t working but it was awful. I didnt notice it until the 2nd day I was there but it never went away.

Being that I am in the STR business, and I also travel often, one thing that is incredibly frustrating is when you click on instant book and are thinking you will be able to get accommodations quickly because there was a issue with your last booking, only to have to wait basically almost another hour for the many layers of the automated checkin process the business has. Yes I get that Automations are a key process when you have business of this size but utilizing the right ones and/or being sure you have the right software and team are critical. I waited so long just to get the access code to get in the door. Literally was sent 6 emails before that one finally came in. So rethinking the checkin would be where yall definitely fell short.

This was a great stay
This was a great stay. Exactly as described. The neighborhood is walkable, clean, safe, and very close to great restaurants, parks, and entertainment. It is exactly what I was looking for. There’s also a Publix and a Walgreen’s in walking distance if you need to pick up last minute groceries.
The parking garage is only accessible by code and that was a huge perk for me and gave me peace of mind.
The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. The stay was also very peaceful and quiet. Balcony looks out at the city and that was a good place to read and have my coffee.
Host was very responsive and polite as well!
I’ll definitely stay again.

The security with keycode locks to enter the building was ideal. The bed was very comfortable, with high-quality linens, and the shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Negative:
The apartment was lovely and comfortable, but they need to go through the amenities. For example, there were spoons, but no forks.
