Security Deposit Authorization Timeline
Security deposit authorizations are placed three (3) days prior to arrival and held for seven (7) complete days for most card types or five (5) complete days for Visa cards. Authorizations automatically release two (2) days after checkout, provided the entire stay falls within the original hold period. For extended stays or reservations exceeding the initial authorization period, the original hold will be released and a new authorization for the same amount will be immediately placed, resetting the timeline accordingly.

The apartment was very comfy and homey. The balcony was the main reason we booked this location and the access to the room and building were very convenient. I would recommend getting a cookie sheet and at least one pan instead of just all pots.

Great location close to many tourist spots for anyone who is visiting and very dog friendly. My dog loved the balcony, and there’s a dog park right across the street.

The bed was very big and comfortable. The location great for what I had planned to do in the city. Host was very responsive and helpful every time I reached out about an issue.
Long story short the place is genuinely a six out of 10 it’s not worth $500 for two nights

I like that the property was close to a lot of places in the city and I liked for the most part. It was clean, but the hallways are dirty and also the soap in the shower was broken.

I didn’t like that the property manager or whoever owns the room change the code to the room so I had a hard time getting in… They said that I could have a late check out. I asked to 30 minutes later and they told me no.

Apartment itself was fine. Extra bedding was in a closet on a different floor. Carpet was quite stained. They did have some essentials including soap and trash bags. Bed was okay, very firm. Felt a bit overpriced.
Overall a fine stay if you need somewhere to crash in Atlanta.

Room was exactly as described. Nice, clean, very quiet with other people who understand to keep it quiet. I wouldn’t say it’s a complaint, more so a notice to others before booking. I’m not sure if it’s all rooms but the room I was in didn’t have a tv in the bedroom. Still great regardless. Clear communication and instructions through email. I really loved that there isn’t a front desk so you can go straight to your room upon arrival.

Kitchen is bare
Kitchen is bare. No coffee, barely any pots or pans or plates. Not equip for cooking. Reserved for 2 guest but bathroom only had one wash cloth and it was stained. No tv in bedroom. Neighbors were loud but we didn’t mind because we came to have fun. Iron didn’t work. Gate for parking lot was broke the second night and we had to pay for parking 3 blocks away at 3 in the morning. The stay wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t stay again. Noodle fusion downstairs saved the day.

One of the most smooth check in processes I've ever experienced. This place gets pretty packed so it might take a moment for them to verify you & assign you to a room, so just wait in the lobby & double check your messages in the app. I work nearby so it was perfect when I had a late night at the office. If you're visiting Atlanta it's the perfect location to be close to all our major downtown attractions.

I loved my time at Dorsen stay. Our unit was reasonable, clean, and easy to relax in. It’s a highly quality hotel, yet still homey and cozy like our own apartment. Inside, our favorite qualities were the accessible balcony with such a pretty view of the city…in a peaceful neighborhood, a walk in closet with quality wooden hangers & a large bathroom with a fantastic sized sink for all of my makeup LOL; Our king bed was so comfy that it made us extend our stay. Dorsen Stay is in DEFINITELY in our archives and we are prepared to book again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Due to an unexpected emergency on the property I live on, I had to quickly find accommodations for the weekend. Xin was extremely helpful, responsive, and I was extremely relaxed. Would stay again for a quick getaway!

I ended up sleeping on the couch which was slightly better. Photos accurately describe the place but if you are used of comfortable bed be aware.

Great price for the location. In the heart of anything you could want to do in the downtown/midtown area. Host was very responsive as well.

Overall good location. Could use clean up on carpet as it had stains and just confirm it's a 2 bath and it's not. Needs to make sure WiFi is up to date as it wasn't working when we arrived. We had to troubleshoot ourselves, However, the location is perfect if you don't mind the minimal cleaning. Make sure it has enough paper products like toilet paper and paper towels. We also had to request sheets for the pull out couch. However if you don't need the couch you're good.

The only issue we had was the above tenant was stomping, banging, running around, and moving furniture until about 2:30 to 3 AM and it was very difficult to sleep with all of that going on. Other than that great stay easy access and close enough to quickly uber anywhere you want to go.

I loved the Dorsen. It was quiet & peaceful. The owners are new so there were some hiccups but when I say I had no complaints due to the courtesy I received. If I could give Keyla a big shoutout she was so nice and accommodating. She went above and beyond.

Upon arrival, check in was difficult due to host not being transparent about where we could wait to check in. Host said there was no lobby to wait in with all of our luggage. When we arrived there were few guest in the lobby with their luggage. The lock to our door stopped working as well which led to us being locked out twice during our check in day. There were dead bugs in my apartment when I first arrived in multiple areas. I reached out to the property managers and they had it cleaned up immediately and were apologetic. I would have appreciated some sort of gesture for the inconvenience of dead bugs throughout the apartment. However, after that was corrected it was smooth sailing the rest of the week. The place is close to a lot of restaurants and even a few blocks walk to Publix if you feel like making your own meals. Xin was very responsive, the room is very nice and my dog loved the balcony. My only complaint is apparently there’s a $30 daily parking fee that isn’t noted in the listing. Other than that, my wife and I enjoyed our stay
