Security Deposit Authorization Timeline
Security deposit authorizations are placed three (3) days prior to arrival and held for seven (7) complete days for most card types or five (5) complete days for Visa cards. Authorizations automatically release two (2) days after checkout, provided the entire stay falls within the original hold period. For extended stays or reservations exceeding the initial authorization period, the original hold will be released and a new authorization for the same amount will be immediately placed, resetting the timeline accordingly.

I love this area
I love this area. It was in a nice area and close to everything. Was able to relax on the balcony in private. Was able to take in the city view and lights. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be coming back in April for another stay. I have found my place that I will stay in everything I am in town. The staff was professional and responded quickly. Overall everything was amazing. Thank you again for allowing me to stay and I will be seeing you again soon.

The host was amazing! However the apartment reeked of smoke and there were left over Valentine’s balloon string, popped balloons, and a lighter left in the couch. There was a burn in the carpet and multiple dark scuff or soot marks on the walls.

Definitely not luxurious, although the place itself was renovated, spacious, and clean. Other than that, it was an efficient place to stay, close to downtown. We liked that you had to use a code to get in everywhere, it felt safer due to that. I paid $1000 for 2 nights and it was definitely not worth that value.

We went through a situation where we were scammed, and they immediately stepped in, provided accommodations, and got us checked in early. The place is beautiful, well decorated, and in a great area, with security in the building. I would absolutely stay here again, and if you haven’t booked with them, I definitely recommend it.

Great stay in the city. Beautiful sites. Spacious. Felt like being at home. Only thing of concern is if you are planning on cooking in the apartment there are limited supplies and you’ll need to bring your own seasonings. Other than that it was a great stay! Host was responsive and accommodating.

Chegamos em um frio de 20 F°, e a fechadura da entrada do prédio não aceitava a senha. E seguiu assim por diversos dias, a ponto de deixarem a porta destrancada, o que aconteceu de entrada de moradores de rua no prédio em alguns momentos.
Em alguns dias que retornamos muito tarde foi mais dificultoso devido ao frio, esperar alguns minutos em temperaturas como de 0 F° com neve.
Outro problema foi com o chuveiro, estávamos em três no apartamento e em alguns dias acabou a água quente, precisava esperar por horas para ter água quente de novo, muitas vezes acabava a água quente durante o banho.
Do restante a estadia foi boa. Apartamento grande e bem equipado. Senti falta de produtos de limpeza básico.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic—close to everything we wanted to see—and the home was very clean and spacious. Most importantly, we felt very safe throughout our visit. We did run into a few technical snags: the electric vehicle chargers on-site weren't functioning, which was a bit of an inconvenience for us, and we struggled to get the heat to turn on. Which could've been human error. Aside from those equipment issues, it was a great space and we’d recommend it for the location alone."

Cons:
1. Day/night one we awoke to the smoke alarm beeping. Thankfully, once reported that morning the host had maintenance come out to replace the battery.
2. There’s a really nice -looking refrigerator/freezer that does not work. I saw a mention of the fridge not working in the reviews but was hopeful that was a 1-time past occurrence. When we reported the issue we were told, maintenance would be in touch to fix- but that never happened. It was frustrating to not be provided an estimate of when…we pretty much had to keep asking. The night before we were to checkout, the host offered to move us to another unit. At that time our food/drinks from the last couple days had already been tossed.
We typically book rentals over hotels primarily for the “home like amenities”. It was extremely disappointing to not have that flexibility while moving our son for college.

Xin’s place worked out so well for what we needed! Everything was very clear and it was a great location. We were in town for the IU game at Mercedes-Benz stadium and the apartment was only about a 10 minute drive to the stadium. The parking garage was easy to access and made coming and going easy. Everything was very clean and the area was pretty quiet. If you plan on cooking any meals while there, there were not many pots, pans, cooking utensils. Overall, it was a good stay!

Overall our stay was alright. The directions were easy to follow and we were pretty close to all of the places we visited. The room itself was ok. There were not enough blankets and towels for our group of 4. The freezer and AC were not working but maintenance came promptly to resolve these issues. The host responded quickly most of the time and was very friendly.

Really solid stay. The purpose of the trip was a medical one for my father who was admitted to Emory Hospital. The hospital was a short 2-block walk or an easy drive.
The parking garage was easy to access with plenty of spaces and convenient to elevators. The condo was very clean and the kitchen very large.
