Security Deposit Authorization Timeline
Security deposit authorizations are placed three (3) days prior to arrival and held for seven (7) complete days for most card types or five (5) complete days for Visa cards. Authorizations automatically release two (2) days after checkout, provided the entire stay falls within the original hold period. For extended stays or reservations exceeding the initial authorization period, the original hold will be released and a new authorization for the same amount will be immediately placed, resetting the timeline accordingly.

I enjoyed my stay here. We had to switch reservations last minute due to an issue with another Airbnb, and they were very helpful and accommodating. They even allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. Super communicative and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Kitchen cooking equipment could use a good clean.
Bits of garbage and lots of dust behind the bed headboards.
The building smells like weed being smoked most of the time.
On the whole a fairly nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

The apartment looks just like the pictures with some minor differences such as carpet stains from different spills, Beds aren’t the best, very thin and hard, Not enough towels are provided for the guest so bring some extras. MAJOR ISSUE: HOT WATER DOES NOT GET HOT, only warm! Check out is super early 10am , please be aware and check in isnt until 4pm. Over all this place looks good just the water issue was pretty frustrating, wasn’t able to shower before check out.

Xin was great. Super responsive, and a flexible host.
Have stayed in these properties when they were Sonder, so pleased to see the convenient location is still available via Dorsen.
Have already scheduled to book Xin’s apartment again.

I would have giiven it 5 stars, but it was noisy, you could hear the traffic in the mornings and at night police sirens and cars that had their alarms going off. Well it was not 100% quite, otherwise if you don't mind the noise at night or early morning, the place is perfect.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The condo was fantastic, and the location was perfect. I had a small issue using the door keypad, but the owner responded quickly and resolved it. Please note that this Airbnb does require a third-party security verification, which means you will need to provide some personal information.

Overall, it was a good experience. The water in the master bedroom didn’t get too hot. There was an odd smell in the unit. There was no remote to the master bedroom TV so I reached out and was advised that one would be dropped off. They never came or responded after I followed up. The building alarm also went off at 3am. This place was clean and spacious overall. Thank you
The Airbnb was nice and clean
The Airbnb was nice and clean. My only concerns were it was hard for me to find the parking garage and I left a pair of expensive earrings there and I contacted the host 15 mins after check out and asked could I return to get them and he never responded back after asking how far away I was. I told him 15 mins away and then I didn’t hear back from him.

The lights were not working they could not fix it and there was no ceiling light in none of the areas of the apartment. Only a few lamps. So there were rooms that we could not stay if we did not have the cell phone light on

Enjoyed our star at Xins place. Will stay again, only request is to have bedding for the pull out couch.
The apartment was beautiful
The apartment was beautiful, we just had a few issues since we were the first guests to come to this listing. The a/c didn't work the first day so we had to go to a different apartment the next, and maintenance/host wasn't available to help us after hours so we sweat all night until they moved us the next day. Missing TV remotes, and the tvs say they have Roku but nothings plugged in and the tvs weren't connected to cable so they weren't usable.
The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. Balconies are awesome and location was great. All-together, I think they'll work out the new-listing kinks and the next visitors will be extremely happy with this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and finding the place was no problem at all. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely set up, and made us feel comfortable right away. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
