To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
Security Deposit Authorization Timeline
Security deposit authorizations are placed three (3) days prior to arrival and held for seven (7) complete days for most card types or five (5) complete days for Visa cards. Authorizations automatically release two (2) days after checkout, provided the entire stay falls within the original hold period. For extended stays or reservations exceeding the initial authorization period, the original hold will be released and a new authorization for the same amount will be immediately placed, resetting the timeline accordingly.

Great location, newish facilities & large room. Very private & secure with secure underground parking.

Communication & administration was very poor. Initially the access code given to us for the garage did not work.We managed to contact the host by phone via another tenant who happened to drive in at the same time explaining that he had issues the previous day & got their phone number to sort it. Once we received a new code, all went well until our second nights stay. After booking a second night, we confirmed with the host that we would be able to stay in the same room for the second night – this was prompted by the fact that they had offered us a second night prior to our check-in, but had not responded to our request to take up the offer, eventually telling us to book the additional night upon check-in. When we tried this, we discovered there is no check-in desk or attendant – it’s all managed on line. So we booked a 2nd night via the same platform as our first night, as instructed by the host. The hist then confirmed our second night’s stay & also confirmed that we could remain in the same room for the 2nd night. Unfortunately, while we were out touring Atlanta on day 2, another member of their host team decided that we had to check out from our initial room & move into another room, because our first room had been assigned to another guest. They decided to send us a txt message 2 hours after we left the hotel to do a walking day tour, & tell us that we needed to “collect our luggage & move out of our room within 10 mins, or we would be charged a late checkout fee”. I rang them & informed them of our previous nights booking the confirmation from their night manager regarding remaining in the same room but it was too late – they had already organised for the cleaners to remove all of our luggage & belongings from our initial room to another room – without our consent or knowledge.
